The Collie real estate market is beginning to boom according to Professionals Real Estate Group.
Figures produced by REIWA for the year ending the March 2008 quarter shows that the median price of a home has jumped by 30.5% compared to the same period for the previous year.
According to Neil Martin, Principal of the Professionals (Southern Districts Estate Agency), this positive trend has continued into May and June 2008.
